Cedar Glen is operated by PRI Cedar Glen, LLC, a small home-fragrance house based in Newton, Massachusetts. We started because most "clean" candles on the shelf still hide behind the word "fragrance" — a single line that can legally mean dozens of undisclosed compounds.
Every candle, oil, and bar of soap we sell lists its ingredients in full, in the order they're used. We batch in small runs, date every label, and would rather sell out of a scent than water it down to keep it in stock.

1. Products and Availability
All products are described in good faith and to the best of our ability, consistent with FTC guidance on truthful advertising. Because our candles, soaps, and oils are hand-poured or hand-milled in small batches, minor variation in color, scent intensity, and weight between batches is normal and not a defect. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any scent or product at any time.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to order fulfillment.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. This demonstration site simulates checkout locally in your browser for illustrative purposes; no live payment is processed and no card data is transmitted to or stored by us or any third party.
4. Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from our fulfillment point in Massachusetts.
- Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free on orders over $75 and otherwise calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed, as they depend on third-party carriers.
- Candles and oils are packed with protective materials appropriate for glass and wax products; risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Unused, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, opened soap, burned candles, and opened oil bottles cannot be returned unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item.

6. Product Safety and Candle Care
Candles should be burned within sight, on a heat-resistant surface, away from children, pets, and flammable material, and wicks should be trimmed to approximately one-quarter inch before each burn. Essential oil products are for external or diffuser use as described on the product label and should be kept out of reach of children.
7. Limited Warranty
We warrant our products against manufacturing defects in materials for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal consumption of candles, soap, or oils, or damage from misuse. Remedies under this warranty are limited to replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRI Cedar Glen, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable United States federal law.
